"From reading previous reviews, seems the clinic may have made improvements. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable, the nurse who did my pap smear was gentle and respectful the whole time, i felt comfortable with her. Another nurse who took my blood was also gentle and careful. However they missed a blood test and I had to redo in another country."
"Absolutely horrifying experience dealing with the staff that works there! Unprofessional, judgemental, ignorant and incredibly useless, it seems every single person there has bought their license. People who are NOT even doctors, but office admins no less, have the audacity to tell you that you have about 4 heart problems when they cannot even read the ECG and make you do extra tests that cost additional money, just so a professional cardiologist can then confirm there is absolutely nothing wrong with you and you're perfectly healthy and fit for duty! 2 week agony through back and forth emails with zero to none useful explanations! Every single person there is an embarrassment, from the young receptionist whom you cannot hear a word she's saying to you and has no idea what is going on, to 'doctors' who are absolutely clueless on how to read test results and have terrible time management, as it is impossible to leave the facility in less than 7 hours! Medical malpractice at it's worst, they should close this place down. They don't care about patients and they lie to your face! Everyone stay away from this place! Worst experience ever!"
"The klink is clean, hygienic and the employees were very polite. I did not wait in line for hours. everything was so fast. Thank you very much Kail for helping me. And also Dr Irwin Potash was very good. The clinic's score was very low, but I was very surprised when I went. this clinic deserves higher ratings. Thanks everyone"
"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Truly the most incompetent, disorganized, and uncaring medical facility I have ever stepped foot in. I question whether the doctor and nurses are even truly licensed and qualified to work in their positions. Their lack of knowledge and their disregard for a patient’s true wellbeing is appalling. They have no sense of empathy or show any true care for their patients health or wellbeing. The clinic itself lacks cleanliness and the equipment and facility is very outdated. I simply do not trust or respect the opinions and diagnoses of the entire medical staff and will be reporting them to local officials so that hopefully their credentials and licenses can be confirmed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISASTROUS PLACE!"
"A relatively miserable experience; this place appears only to have business because the cruise lines force it. I was there for virtually the entire day-- just over 5 hours-- for one physical exam. There were perhaps 4 other people there, and so far as I could tell, one doctor, with several nurses of various capability. According to a sign posted off to the side of the counter, they have NO medical malpractice insurance. They are picky to an insane degree about paperwork, and everything else; after being told to come with mine completed, they made me fill it all out from scratch, because the date noted was not the day I was visiting. Several other over-selective minutia about various clearances, what would and would not be valid toward my clearance, was only negated when I spoke with who I believe was the VP of the company. And, not to get philosophical, but as I understand it, the Hippocratic oath intends, broadly, to practice medicine in order to prevent or reverse harm to patients. The doctors-- or *doctor*, as it were-- here seem exclusively bent on gatekeeping for profit. They do no good, and prevent no harm. (as a postscript, I advise against working for any of the companies they contract for. If you're going here, you're probably American, which means you can unequivocally do better on land)"
