"They re-use all tens machine electrodes on different patients, and on different parts of people's bodies, so bad that I've seen them black-ish looking and dirty, I refused to allow them to stick them on me. Also, they get a lot of their supplies, massage cream, etc. from Target and in the tub of cream that as open when I got there I could see black hairs in there (UNSANITARY MUCH???) that totally grossed me out along with the electrodes. I walked out and never looked back. They should be shut down by the health department...!!! I will be calling to report this. Bad bad bad. You don't save money at the expense of transmitting disease, bacteria, etc. to other patients. Stay away from Hands Rehab at all cost!!!"
