Let me start off by saying that Isis, the medical assistant is extremely knowledgeable, thorough in getting all the information that the doctor will need, kind, patient, warm hearted, and professional. Dr. Ramos is awesome. He listened while I explained my neck issues without rushing me (very unusual these days). He explained the course of action that I was to take in order to improve, in a very comprehensive and detailed fashion. I’m so glad I found this doctor."

"I called and left a message since Friday, and no one called me back, she said that she was busy. I work at a school and I don't get paid if I don't come to work, so I tried to schedule an appointment when school is open, but the doctor work on Tuesday and Wednesday and he isn't available in September, October or November. I never heard such a thing."
"These negative reviews make no sense as Dr. Jose Mena has great bedside manner, he is patient and thorough with every patient. I've had two family members consult with him in the past. It is silly to leave a review over his office staff not returning calls, Baptist is a huge healthcare network, people have to be more patient and follow up accordingly if needed."
"I am seeing all these bad reviews and I do not get it. I have had no problems with him and his office seems responsive. Reasonably prompt service. he seemed to know his stuff. He spent a lot of time with me. I have no tolerance for bad service and several doctors have been on the receiving end of one of my bad reviews. But this guy is ok."
