"Worst place ever!!! A whole year went by and my doc never gave me the referrals I needed. Then she let on maternity leave and still didn't do my referrals. Went to another provider and let me tell you I've been there a month and I've never been much happier. wouldn't recommend HCA to nobody"
"UPDATE: filing multiple complaints as the provider refused to order a lab that I needed. Would not recommend her to anyone. Please be careful. *********previous review was a red flag and I should have left. It could be a lot better. And this review has very little to do with the staff, but the technology just has not caught up with the needs of the providers. It is not the providers' fault but their online scheduling and patient data systems. (Online scheduler *annoyingly* appointments that are invalid, like an appointment I made in January was not valid as the doctor was not in the office on January 4, 2021. And it could be the timing is not provider-friendly and has some issues to work through until they can balance and give providers a break.)"
"Update: since it won’t let me reply to their response here. I have tried sending them my contact info multiple times through the patient portal and they have never replied. I sent 2 messages last week even after they replied to my review here saying they want to fix this. In the patient portal it does not give an option to send to anyone but my provider so I tried sending it through her but have gotten no response at all. Please contact me back as you claimed you would in your reply. Worst administration ever. They are nothing but rude and disrespectful and they keep billing me over $200 per visit out of pocket even though my insurance is supposed to cover it since I already paid my deductible and I always pay my copay and coinsurance on time. But it doesn’t matter since they keep wrongly billing me and doing nothing about it. I have asked them and their billing department to fix it and they said they will and even told me I would not be sent to collections yet collections just called me saying I owe them for a visit back in January!! Their staff and billing department do nothing but be rude to you, not answer their phone, and bill you wrongly. They owe me over $350 in refunds due to wrongly billing me and I won’t ever get it back it seems since they do not answer their phone or reply to my messages in the patient portal. I am tired of them continuing to not do their job. I am sad to leave this review because the doctor is fairly good and nice but I can’t keep having to fix their issues and do their job for them. The lady at the front said she would take care of the billing issue and lied to my face. Then she sent me a number to call so I could follow up further with their billing department but when I called it was a number to some life alert hotline. So she sent me the wrong number. Do not go here unless you want to be wrongly billed, treated inhumanely, disrespected, receive infinite amounts of mystery bills, and owing them money for visits from a year ago."
"First I want to say my primary reason for writing is to warn other patients. The doctors and medical professionals are excellent, however the support staff are terrible. I had an appointment last year, was told I would need to have lab work prior to the appointment. I was told my lab work requests would be sent over to Quest Diagnostics. I went to have labs, and Quest didn't have any record of the request authorization. I called the doctor office, I waited almost an hour on the phone, sitting at Quest in the parking lot before I could get anyone to answer at the doctor's office, and another 20 minutes before they recieved the fax authorization. Fast forward to my next appointment. I decided to check this time, so called the office prior to making an appointment to get my labs completed. I was told they had sent the request over to Quests. I made my appointment at Quest, and made sure I had fasted for 12 hours and arrive to find out. No authorization AGAIN. I had to call back to the doctors office, waited 45 minutes and finally was able to speak with someone who faxes over the request. UNFORTUNATELY I had to walk in the next day at Quest, because I was unable to make an appointment on such short notice. I am currently sitting at quest, I have been here since 730am. It is currently 9am, so my wait has been almost 1.5 hours. My advice..INSIST on paper copies of lab request authorizations. I have several children, all of us use different medical professionals, but always use Quest for our labs. None of them have ever had problems with Quest.Make sure if you are to get lab work completed, leave with paper copies before you leave this office.."
