"Waited almost 3 hours in an empty lobby just to be seen after waiting an entire month for my appointment. Find somewhere else that values your time and doesn't have you sit in an empty lobby for your money Edit: They didn't send my prescription to my preferred pharmacy and instead sent it to theirs. When I called and asked it to be transferred, they refused to pick up the phone for me or Walgreens and kept hanging up. Took me 3 weeks to find time to drive 45 minutes out to the pharmacy for a 1 month script, and they didn't even a schedule follow up in time to refill without missing my meds. On top of that, all the staff act like you dont exist and dont tell you all the relevant information. Like why I have a missed appointment fee for a date I was not informed I have an appointment? If you value your mental health and med management, skip out on these people. They just stressed me out more."

"This place was the absolute worst healthcare system I have ever seen if they give you an appointment time show up three hours late because they are never on time average wait time is around 3 to 4 hours they’re super on organized no one knows what’s going on and the staff is rude they don’t care about patients. They only care about taking your money. If you can go somewhere else I highly suggest you do this place absolutely sucks."
