"Seeking legal help! What professional adds insult to injury by first calling to inform you "I will have your car towed", it had been there for less than 24 hours, I had a ketamine txment the day prior....then not sending your medical records to the new txment office. Reminds me a bit of mean girls abusing power. Great philosophy of care, remission is possible. Horrible delivery and it is service you pay for.......send my medical records, apologize for being rude. Do not speak ill of patients receiving care.....right idea, wrong profession. Good morning Jamie and staff, I’m looking forward to this information being sent today. It has been since the 1st week in December since this request was made. Quality Assurance, to include record keeping and do no harm are all part of your Code of Ethics. I have reached out my own liability insurance company for assistance in documenting and reporting this matter. I want to insure this is adequately reported. Toxic medical practices and toxic practices hurt real people who are already challenged. Like beating up on children, what is one’s moral compass who does so? Truly weird and inappropriate unprofessional behavior, from a space of pseudo privilege. Happy new year! We will be in touch."

"i’m not one to write reviews unless it’s absurd circumstances, which this one is. do NOT book here if you have any chance of getting in a car accident!!!! I got in an accident on my way to my appointment and called the office bawling because I couldn’t make it and it was a bad accident. The front desk girl ensured me it was ok and to just call and reschedule, but in the meantime Dr Jamie Fernandez stopped accepting insurance. No biggie, i’ll just find a different place that accepts it. I call to ask for a refund on the deposit I gave since policy has changed and it was extenuating circumstances including being in an accident which completely ruined my mental health in itself and they said there was nothing they could do for me besides cancel my appointment (unless I want to pay $450 for my initial). They took $75 from a woman struggling with money due to a terrifying accident that ruined my mental health. Some Psychiatry office, they do not care about the well being of their patients cleary. Such a shame this is what our mental health industry is and the people representing it."

"The absolute best! Dr. Fernandez is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and insightful. Her team has always been excellent as well, especially Pam, who's amazing, helpful, and caring. I have been working with Dr. Fernandez & her team, regarding my mental health, since January 2000. My other physicians who work together on my case, have the highest regard for Dr. Fernandez, calling her top in her field. And she is! I could probably find another facility closer to my home, the office is an hour drive for me, but this team is worth it. The office and their treatments have saved my life and allowed me to keep pushing on, despite constant crises happening. My case is a difficult one, I'm not a patient that doctors would prefer, (I'm a nurse, and know!) but they have never made me feel unwanted nor have given up on me. Words cannot truly express how appreciative my family and I are for this amazing team. I recommend everyone who I encounter who has been struggling with mental health issues, to this office. My primary psychiatrist referred me to Dr. Fernandez two years ago, and I wouldn't be alive now if they hadn't."
