"This facility has nothing to do with neurology. This facility and the doctor ‘s are not equipped to do anything. They just medicate you with medication’s that you do not need. They do no diagnostic testing. They do no evaluation. Do not put your family member in this facility. Everything they say on their website is absolutely false."

"My brother was at Lakeside for about 6 weeks and it was a wonderful experience. He is unable to advocate for himself and is unable to state his needs. Lakeside knew what he needed when and never hesitated to act. They treated him with the same love and compassion that I do and never once did I have to question or feel concerned about whether or not he was getting the care he needed. Everyone from the front desk clerk, to admissions, to social work, to the CNA's and RN's to the RT and PT departments treated him like family and made it their mission to help him recover. I can't give this facility enough praise and I am grateful to have found them."

"I wish I had more stars to give this facility. My sister spent several months in the Lakeside Neurologic Skilled Nursing Facility. Before she got there, I was told she would never recover but the AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL staff not only helped her recover.....she was able to be discharged HOME. This team was always available for support and calls from me and trust me I had a lot of calls. They treated my sister with dignity and respect and developed such an amazing relationship with her that when she got home, she wanted to continue to reach out to them. I am so thankful for them and the great work they do for all of their patients."

"They almost killed me! No respiratory therapist daily, unsanitary, only one doctor visit a week. Physical therapists makes fun of patients (Ed, and big muscle guy). Nursing just cares about the paycheck (except nurse ms, dee and the nice black lady nurse from Brandon. I would have been further along in my rehabilitation if it wasn’t for this place."

"Do not send your love ones there. Yes they try to make themselves appear they care and can help their clients. First thing I noticed was there was no cameras or security. Staff beat on my brother. I can admit he is no angel, but he definitely did not deserve the treatment he received. The kitchen serves undercooked food which can and did cause an E coli infection in my brother. School and daily activities are minimal. This facility is all about the money they receive for each client. Yes they pay for family to visit 3 times a year but that does not compensate for what they do not do right. Because of the neglect I was not notified of any new medical conditions, which in turn my baby brother passed away. Any medical conditions were reported too late."
