"4/15/2022 At 11:15 Me and my friend walked in signed in on Computer. I had a mask my Friend did not when the girl came out she told him he needs a mask on.He replyed he did not have one and ask her if she could give him one. She was very rude and said No you can go buy one at CVS. We found a mask in the truck went back in. There was no one in the office they made us wait a While . The lady came and took him back. My friend is a easy draw. She poked him and pulled the needle out and poked him again. He ask why she said she missed the target because he was moving. He was perfectly still. She was very rude. He will not go back there again."

"Terrible organization and accommodation of the staff in this facility..I showed up at 7am for my appt. which was for 7:30am..I mistakenly showed up a day early!! I ask staff if they could take me as a walk in since I live so far away..She said they had appts every 10 mins and I could take the next available appt at 9am? But only one person there waiting for labs with 2 staff members drawing blood, really !!!"

"On 1/26/21 My husband had an appt at 9:15 am. Needless to say the young foblotomist treated him like he was a number and talked down to him. There were no orders for fasting and she let him know it was his fault. I have had a similar experience so I have since been going to Advent who treat thier hard working blue collar clients with at least some respect. The next time he goes to quest for blood work he will try to toe the line for little miss personality. Of course he will not go back. Thanks so much."

"John and the others are very courteous and professional, BUT THESE HOURS !!! They are definitely not patient orientated. It seems to me if Quest is going to provide a service to the public then their hours of operation should be based on the public’s needs and be more convenient to the people. Please take a look at opening your doors for a more extended period of time, rather than just from 6:30 am through 12:30 pm ."

"Quest should hire at least one more employee. John is great and he tries to provide fast a professional service. It's not a good feeling arriving to the diagnostic center and seen there's no one in the office. It's impossible for one person to be in two different places at the same time."
