"Dr Hein did not listen to me! He ordered and did test I told him I had 4 months ago. Test of course was perfect. There was also a diagnosis on the print out and he wouldn’t come in and speak to me about it. My Appointment was at 3 Pm I walked out at 5:30. I will NOT be back. I will no longer waste my time there!"

"Where do I start, I was having horrible dental pain and was terrified of getting treated because of past experiences at a different dental care, but it was enough. I decided to go to cfhc in Wauchula even though the location was a little iffy. Best decision I've made, the ladies up front was were the best they were really helpful. Great first impression none the less, the dental assistants made me feel really comfortable. Dr Cocchieri was very professional and gentle. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends."

"I honestly can’t even begin to express the frustration this place causes. I am 7 months pregnant and was recommended coming here because in April when I found out I was pregnant I did not have insurance. Following May I was able to get insurance BCBS, and honestly idk how I still managed to stay. I had a pregnancy scare and tried contacting someone like my nurse’s MA or just anyone to help me relay a message to Ms. Cook. I left a message and did not get a call back until 3 days later. I ended up in the ER, luckily everything was okay but imagine the fear and frustration you feel and the lack of guidance you get when you’re unsure as what to do and your provider/office is nowhere to be reached. It’s just unbelievable. Also I had to get my glucose test done the first time and I was given a timer and was told to go back to the lab after the timer goes off. Well when I went back the lab tech wasn’t there and I had to wait even longer and when I asked how much longer I was told “I don’t know, she’s not here” so I had to sit there and wait until she came back from doing whatever It was she was doing. I get things aren’t perfect but this place needs some work. This is such a long review I’m fully aware but there’s so much more I just don’t have the time to finish writing the rest of these unpleasant encounters. I prefer good quality care and this place is definitely not it."
