"Referred there by my oncologist. Needed biopsy of questionable lymph nodes. They were on my radiology report along with a parotid tumor that had already been biopsied and found to be benign. I told them not to biopsy the tumor again, I was already scheduled to have surgery on it. She proceeded to YELL at me and tell me that was what the Dr was going to biopsy period. I was already sedated, without another word they knocked me out and did it anyway. I'm livid and in pain that I know from experience will last a Long time. I'm working on a formal grievance against them. Really no recourse against horrible patient care"

"Had 2 ultrasounds done here and both times staff were extremely pleasant and the office and imaging room was really clean. I appreciated that they had limited seating for Covid which made me feel safe since some places do not care at all. They even warm up their gel for the patients. Dr. Niedzwiecki was very detailed going over the results of both of the imaging as well and the upstairs staff is equally as nice. I love that you can have the imaging done downstairs and go over results in the same location."

"Looks like they're getting reviews removed. I was a patient in Dec. 2018. They messed up injections BADLY. I was under the impression that I was getting injections for my hips but they actually were going for my SI joint. I didn't find out until I got there from another county. I STILL have sharp pain in my lower back by the end of 2021 and now I have sciatica, too! That developed less than 30 days after SI injections. So that's... incredibly painful and chronic. I specifically asked two weeks or so in advance if I needed someone to drive me and they said no, but when I got there, they told me I needed a driver to get home. They didn't believe me when I said I had allergies to anaesthetics, which I'd told them those previous weeks AND reminded them in-office. Then they used those anaesthetics ANYWAYS, INTO MY SI JOINT, and freaked out when I was *screaming.* For reference, I have actually been in so much pain that I went into renal failure and ER thought I might have a bad flu. They *really* messed up. But you can't sue them in Florida. Seriously, even if this is all your insurance covers, just go without. It's better to go without than let them give you permanent injuries because they can't figure out what their jobs are, knowing there are no repercussions when they mess up."

"I fell, went to the emergency room and they diagnosed a compression fracture of T12. Life was complicated because the Christmas holiday was coming up, and I was moving to North Carolina. Dr. Jerry's staff, especially Diana, could not have been more helpful in facilitating the process with the MRI, etc. Dr. Jerry fit me in to do a kyphoplasty on Dec.23. While he has out of town and the office was closed I still got a call back to answer my questions. I felt complete relief the next day. I am a retired Orthodontist so not unfamiliar to the medical world. Dr. Jerry was a miracle worker. I work recommend Dr. Jerry and his office without any hesitation."
