"Called office and spoke to a nice lady helpful and scheduled appointment for my son after er visit. The appointment was few days later. Dr Hanna and staff was very polite . Took excellent care of my son. Explained surgery and what would be done. Schedule surgery a week later. Dr Hanna placed plate in my son forehead. Came out after surgery and explained what she did. Had two follow-up appointments with Dr Hanna. She is excellent doctor and very caring doctor. Highly recommend her and the rest of the doctors in the practice."

"I would not let these careless children treat my dog. Really. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction after being referred and x rayed by my own dentist. I went for an extraction but they wanted to do a consult. We are going to consult over a wisdom tooth?? Why? I'm here to get it pulled. It hurts. Pull it. You want to consult. Again,? They treated me badly. I wouldn't be abused any more and left."

"Unprofessional Doctor with inability to understand patients needs. Passive racism prevails in this clinic. Do not go to Dr. Tennant. We visited Dr. Tennant at his clinic for a specialty opinion after years of issues with TMJ. Didn't even bother to look at the MRI instead he was more focused on where I was from and whether I needed a translator. I am speaking English, I haven't listed Spanish anywhere, only because I have accent doesn't mean I deserve to be discriminated and need translation."

"Dr. Hanna was incredibly rude. I had received treatment from Dr. Kalsow who is no longer with the practice (he was incredible, shame he’s no longe there) so I had to have a follow up appointment with her. There was miscommunication at some point as to what the appointment was for. I was told I needed follow up x rays by Dr. Kalsow to make sure everything was healing properly (which would make sense to me considering a bone graft was part of my treatment). However. according to Dr. Hanna when I arrived at the office, they only do follow up appointments and X-rays if they are looking at you for an implant. This seems strange to me based on the amount of work I had done and the follow ups from previous medical treatments I’ve had, but if that’s how she operates her practice, I understand. What I didn’t understand was Dr. Hanna’s argumentative attitude from the second she walked into the room (which was an hour passed my appointment time). She was dismissive, talked over me, and seemed like she genuinely did not care to listen. There is no need to talk to people that way, especially when they are trying to establish a trusting relationship with you as a practitioner who will be completing invasive procedures on them. I understand miscommunications can be frustrating, especially when they result in a wasting of everyone’s time, but it might a good idea to consider some time away from work if you can’t speak to your patients with dignity and respect over something so simple."
