"Waited for this appointment for two weeks to only get to the office and have the audiologist come out to the waiting room and tell my grandmother hearing aids aren’t covered by her Medicare and Medicaid. We provided the insurance information way ahead of time and we live 40 mins from their office location. Insurance benefits and verification should be done before patients arrive to an office appointment . Waste of time . Very inconsiderate and unprofessional."
