"First time patient. They wouldn't verify my insurance for me. They told me to call back after I verify it myself. When I called back, their system was down and told me to call back. I called back and got an appointment with a nurse pactitioner because is out. Showed up for my appointment just to be told the nurse practioner is on maternity leave. But someone should have reached out to you yesterday, they said. The office looks shabby anyway. I should go elsewhere."
