"My primary care people! I really dislike going to the Doc, but the friendly faces here makes it more like a family visit. Julia Rosa.. you rock!!"

"Dr. Marika is not the issue. Neither is the Nurse practitioner. The problem lies when trying to call and after 15 minutes on hold, twice after trying to call back, nobody picks up. It was at 2:25pm during the week and during regular office hours. Over time the quality of customer service has declined. I have been a patient of Dr. Marika for years, and if it were not for her personally, I would have moved on. I called to make an appointment today because I have flu like symptoms. This is my primary Dr. And you cannot get in to see anyone. What good is a primary Dr. if you cannot see them. Virtual is not going to let them give you an exam, ect. They cannot listen to your chest. This office has been declining in service over time and very difficult to get an appointment if you really need to see them.."

"I have been a long time patient of Dr. Marika. The care has been excellent. Her current front office staff has greatly improved under the direction of Jade. They were extraordinarily helpful and responsive setting me up with a quick appointment. Julisa is a wonderful and caring PA who diagnosed a skin issue that two dermatologists missed. I am most appreciative of this practice, especially now that the front office staff is caring and organized. Keep up the good work!"

"Very disappointing! I have been going to this office for my entire adult life and went next door as a child. Dr. Marika and the Nurse Practitioners are GREAT! However, the office staff that is currently there now is horrible. JADE the office manager is extremely rude and does not understand or even care about patients needs. She speaks as if she is almost belittling the patient. She actually hung up on me after wanting to complain about being hung up on multiple times by office staff because they can not even transfer calls or put people on hold correctly. I never write reviews but this JADE person deserves one. I have not ever seen someone with her attitude working in a health care office. I assume she will not be there for long reading all the other comments about her if this office wants to keep there patients. I for one have changed my doctors office solely because of the staff."
