"Disgusting and unprofessional. I’ll be reporting the clinic to the department of health. They called me less than hour ago while im working i call back and NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING including who called me and why. The manager is more interested in cutting people off as they speak rather than trying to help. This is exactly why black women dont get the medical help that we need. A disgrace and sick individual. Im so glad I have connections to the department of health because this place needs to be restaffed immediately"

They gave me multiple options to reschedule and tried their best to work with me and I appreciate their genuine effort.
