"The doctors are great from my experience, but the billing is horrible. Out of 3 visits 2 of them had billing issues. The second issue was never resolved after waiting over 3 months and being told "the billing department will look into it" and no other response after trying to reach out multiple times. I was charged over $200 total for a yearly physical that is fully covered by insurance but was forced to pay since they used wrong billing codes for the visit which was confirmed by both the insurance and the lab. Edit: Even though they replied saying they were looking into it, I never got any response from them and even sent them another email to see if they were actually trying to help. No response yet again so their reply is just to save face."
