"Do not go to the Robson Eye Institute they are a very big scam and not enough machines in the Palm Harbor location you will do all the work get your eyes scanned three times and then tell you they have to charge you $500 to get your I scanned for the fourth time in a different location.."

"This was my first time coming here. My son had an appointment at 2:40. They told me to come in 15 min early to fill out paperwork. Which we did. There were only 2 people in the waiting room and still had to wait OVER an hour! It’s bad enough I had to pick my son up early from school. But what’s the point of having an appointment when you still have to wait. I understand waiting 15 minutes but to be waiting over a hour is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!"
