"long waiting times.. online says you can walk in.. then you register in the computer and get there and the next appointment in 2 hours.. Made an appointment for 5:30.left and came back . I still had to wait more than 30 minutes after and there were other people complaining they got the same appointment. Only one nurse doing everything.. plus I paid with my insurance and copay $15,.. then i get a bill of $75 dollars more after my insurance paid 160 .. it is pricy for the service provided. Besides, in the website it says the service is $85 without insurance.. so better don't use the insurance.."
"The nurse or pharmacist at the uhealth clinic has no compassion. Me and my 9 year old stopped by after taking a 30 min Uber ride before the close and she wouldn’t see us. It takes 45 min to see each patient and so i will not see you. Not sure why she is in this profession if she can’t have time to see people. I showed up before 8 pm. Shame on walgreens to have people like her"
"Went into the Medi Clinic at Walgreen's on 152nd and 137th avenue do to flu symptoms. I walked in and the clinic was empty. I go over to the open door and saw the nurse practitioner sitting at the desk. I inquired about being seen, she stated that she had no appointments available for the remainder of the day as well as nothing for tomorrow (Sunday, February 4, 2018). I asked was she available to see any patients now and she stated that she was waiting on a family of five. I walked around walgreens getting some OTC medication to see if I could heal my symptoms like the good old days. Well, lets just say I spent an hour in Walgreens and still no family of five showed as yet. I say that to end with this, University of Miami wants the recognition of being the highest at everything attached to their name, but as long as they are affiliated with Jackson Memorial; they will not stand a chance against Baptist. So for the nurse practitioner at (15255 SW 137th Avenue, Miami, FL 33177) that did not see me, you did me a favor by telling me to go next door to Baptist Urgent Care. Your practicality probably would have been a misdiagnosis anyway."
"Terrible.. we arrive at 9 am and there was three persons just talking, eating while they kind of pay some attention to us. Bad service. Just go to a real clinic!"
"Fast and reliable service. I waited approximately 20 minutes, was seen by the DR. who did a strep test right at the clinic, prescribed my Ned's and O was out within 45 minutes. I would have waited hours at the hospital."
