Cleveland Clinic Neurology - Building B

"Building B 3rd floor has a nurse named Tamara (assuming that’s how it’s spelled) but she is one day going to cause a major problem for this hospital. The liability she is working there is just amazing at this point. Anyone under her care is at an extreme risk of harm with how she runs around the place completely confused about everything. Every. Single. Thing. Anyone in charge should just have someone watch her and not saying and you will be amazed at how dangerous she is. About the throw needles into normal trash, messing up an IV two times wanting to try for a third time with blood all over the place (thought policy was two try’s then someone else is called in?), trying to inject medication into an IV port and it’s clearly not working and under pressure then it sprays all over the place onto the patient and family member (imagine if that was actually the meds for cancer treatment spraying all over the place onto people) that lawsuit…priceless. Might want to actually read this review and take immediate action before someone is seriously-permanently harmed or worse. Next news headline “Cleveland Clinic Nurse Gross Negligence After Patient Death” Building B 3rd floor if your nurse is Tamara your life is at risk in my opinion!"

"Samantha in Hematology Oncology has zero respect for patients. Speaks with a rude tone and has a delayed response. It took seven days to solve for a simple issue, despite repeated MyChart messages to Doctor’s staff, messages left with call center, and empty promises to return a call. Serious coaching in customer service is needed, not the standard of care we are used to at Cleveland Clinic, there’s bad apples everywhere, I guess."

"This is the worst place for getting any treatment. They are managed poorly. You will be in billing turmoil. They’re too big to handle your care. You’re just a number to them. Today is February 13, and their next appointment to speak to someone over the phone about a bill is March 26. Ha! Also, Dr. Khan is a liar about how many units of an injection were used - charging me for double the amount she promised she’d use."

"The worst when it comes to scheduling. Constantly changing your months in advance appointments. THEN When you check in surprise surprise the doctor is around 2hrs behind so why on earth even try to make any schedules when they CANT even commit to a date or time. Want to sit around and mingle with staff like your at a coffee shop then this is the place."

"The staff and doctors worked quickly and efficiently. My husband was experiencing stroke like symptoms and he was seen within minutes of his arrival. We were beyond satisfied with the medical care and treatment."
