"Experience with the doctor was good but, it went very wrong with administration office, since they took my insurance the day of the appointment and a couple of days later they sent me a bill for the entire amount which I had to pay because they realized they didn’t tale my Florida Blue insurance. Very disappointing."

"Dr Messina was nice but the office staff is a hot mess and seemed like they couldn't possibly care less about individuals and their experience. Tech side of things was impossible and God help you if you want to speak to a manager, you will be told you're being transferred to that person and then will most likely be transferred to a voicemail where your call is not returned. When you do get to speak to the manager they have an attitude and a lack of willingness to help. There's no accountability for keeping appointments, your schedule doesn't matter to them. They're just as content to see you leave their practice as they are to schedule you an appointment."
