"I would have given a -5 if I could. This place is horrible for scheduling and time management. They will bill your insurance if you are 15 minutes late and reschedule your appointment. But are always and hr to 2 hrs behind. They only do one procedure at a time even if it is 2 cavities next to each other. The extra appointment means extra money to them. Standing here waiting for my appointment that is almost ah hr late as I'm typing this. Do better people!"

"My overall experience was positive from beginning to end. I received an appointment the same day that I called with a dental emergency. My extraction appointment was better than expected. My dentist was attentive, gentle and very competent. I barely felt any pain and she gave me breaks and extra numbing when needed. She took her time to get my tooth out intact. The same day and next day I am still pain free."

I made the mistake and now I cannot get an appointment until May I tried calling from 9 AM until 2 o’clock this afternoon with no Answer The person answering the phone sounds like they probably couldn’t even hold a job at Pizza Hut with how unprofessional they were ."

"This has been the best experience I have had with a dentist. They got me in for an emergency appointment the same day and scheduled an extraction for the following week. I have had two extractions (awake) prior to this one, so I know the drill and the recovery to follow. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen and the procedure was done. I was there for maybe 45 min total. The dentist was amazing! I had very minimal pain and no swelling after my extraction.and no pain at all the next day! He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. And was able to pull my horribly broken tooth out in one piece. I wish I was good with names but every single person who helped me in this office was awesome! I have no insurance and I would have never been able to receive the care I needed had the family centers not been so affordable and worked with what I make. A huge thanks to all. I will be going back to this office and highly recommend to anyone with out insurance."
