"I spoke with a woman named Robin and she was the up most nasty disrespectful non help I could ever ask for. I am out of town and have a fracture and she continued to turn away my care. She laughed at me over the phone and stated, “you should just go back home”. Did not give me any recommendations on a provider who will accept my insurance and that could see me and told me to just call around. It’s sad to have a front desk person with no empathy. I’ve worked in the medical field and in orthopaedic for two years and really believe this was the most unprofessional phone call I’ve ever felt with. Do better Robin."

"I visited Dr. Peter Curcione for the first time in June and thought the visit went well and I had planned on using him as my Dr moving forward. A few months later I wanted to schedule a follow up appointment to discuss next steps with the Dr. and the Office Manager/Medical Assistant was extremely rude and disregarded my requests as the patient. She cut me off from speaking and asking my questions, told me she had a long week didn't have time to deal me, raised her voice, and hung up on me when I addressed how rude and disrespectful she was being to me, the patient. I called back to address how I was treated, and the second staff member I spoke with was also very rude and didn't want to listen to or acknowledge the issue I just experienced and also kept cutting me off from speaking. Needless to say, I will never return to this doctor again. If this is how they treat patients who have serious painful issues that need to be addressed, this is not the Dr. I trust with my medical concerns/procedures."

"What an amazing visit. From the moment you walk in, the front desk welcomes you with a smile. I then went to x-ray, and the tech was a joy. The nurse came to get me and she was so easy to talk to. Then Dr Curcione came in and discussed my x-ray in detail, took time to explain what was going on, that my situation was not so serious for surgery at this time and gave me a cortisone shot in my shoulder. I left extremely happy, satisfied and pain free."
