"Idk why they have such a low star rating! This is honestly the BEST doctors office I’ve been to! The doctor always takes extra time to explain things to me and go over ALL my concerns. They answer calls and messages quickly and everyone is so nice. Dr Talbert is great at making me feel informed and like I am a part of my medical decisions."

"If you can manage any other possible healthcare I would recommend to do so. Although all charts, labs, messages are linked and shared between the entirety of "lee health systems", this office and practice in particular cannot seem to grasp reading a chart. Will schedule infinite unnecessary appointments just for insurance billing purposes, redundantly ask the questions that are both on the check in forms, as well as in the chart from previous appointments. Each appointment has left me sitting alone in a room waiting for a practitioner for a minimum of 45 minutes each time. No apologies for this either. I have had a nurse tell me it wasn't possible to do bloodwork after I had called to confirm it was possible, because she didn't have an order for it. Although that same blood work order was given by a Lee Health doctor. I have a high risk pregnancy, doctor requesting an ultrasound every 2 weeks for my safety as well as babies. Doing a 3rd obgyn intake form, is more important to this office than scheduling the proper appointment requested by the actual provider. Money grabbing practice. Lee Heath as a whole isn't to blame, I've received proper care in different cities under the name. It's this Lehigh Acres location in particular that cannot seem to get it together."

"I'm not the one to usually rate and review any place however this place definitely hit the mark. My appt time was set at 11:45 and arrived within 5 minutes after (a little late). I was checking in and the front desk lady tells me I'm 20 minutes late. I said "How if my appt is at said time?" She goes ahead to explain that I should be at the office by my "arrival time" 11:30 (never heard of this excuse) I told her I understand. It would have ended there HOWEVER tell me how she goes ahead and shouts it to the ENTIRE office to hear (walls are thin at this place) I have never been this humiliated in my life. And of course ,being pregnant and being emotional all the time, made me cry. I guess she was upset because I cut 15 min out of HER 1 hour lunch time. Last time I'm coming here. Very unprofessional front desk personnel and judging by the reviews here, guess I'm not wrong. Midwife was pleasant to work with me . Very disappointed because this place was closer to home but I'd rather go the the other office (45 min drive from home) where they have not given me any problems."

"Doctor Odetude has been my doctor for two years now. I love this lady! She is super sweet and compassionate. She has been a big reason to my success in getting my health in tip top shape..The staff is super nice."
