"Horrible place to go! You will be waiting for ever and the doctor which is not a doctor is a nurse practitioner is very slow! And has an attitude when she can’t understand you in Spanish and the medical assisted are trying to translate! She doesn’t appreciate the employees at all on the other hand all the girls who work there are very good and try to manage the crazy environment. I should of listen to other people who told me not to go here…"

"Me: Good morning, how much is it to see a doctor Employee: Is this urgent care or regular visit? Me: urgent or regular, either. Employee: do you have insurance? Me: I do but they don't cover this visit so it will be out of pocket, no problem. How much is it to see the doctor? Employee: it will be $380 just to see the doctor plus additional costs. Me: This is why no one comes here unfortunately when bigger locations with more resources and staff charge 155-180 just to see a doctor. I'm on the way to Lee Convenient Care where respectfully I should've gone the first time but I had to remind myself of the third world treatment in Lehigh."

"I've come to this clinic a few times. The staff has been professional and courteous. I get in and out in under two hours. I wish the waiting room was larger, but they are doing the best the can with the space they have. Overall, good experiences, would and have recommend to a friend."

"I am really glad that found this clinic instead of going to the ER. I was pretty sick. The care was as good as the hospital, without having to wait forever, did have to wait my 30 minutes or so but it was well worth it! Definitely the service was above and beyond. All of the people there are really nice, and the place is super clean (which is so important.) From the front desk to behind the scenes in the exam rooms everyone was spectacular. These people listen, make eye contact, and are actually empathetic. I am an Practice Nurse and I have really high expectations, because I treat people like they are family. Let me tell you, they will not disappoint. Five stars for Urgent and Convenient Care! Hope doesn’t need you in the future, but I will certainly return if so."
