"Every time I go the waits are long and when the doctor comes they're rushing and don't ever inform or make me feel like a valued patient. There's other places where it isn't like that so Id give 0 stars If I could."

Dr. Ivone took me off everything and started me fresh after lots of testings, today I am on 2 meds and my health is at its best in years. The Staff is amazing. "THEY DONT REFILL MEDICATIONS. I personally chose this office for the care of my parents and I sometimes regret it so much. The care from SOME providers is great & the front office is very kind , I’ll give them that. However I run away from Carolina NP every time I see her , she has in , multiple occasions, given me attitude for requesting a simple refill request. They require my parents to come every 3 months to get checked however , they can’t send a 90 day prescription for important medications the DAY OF their visit. My pharmacy attempts to send refill request EVERY MONTH but they do not REPLY. I know because they literally print the request so I see it. I call their office and I get told “we’ll send it”, every MONTH I have to deal with this . I hate to bug them because I know they’re busy however, I call days in advanced and wait & nothing gets sent to my pharmacy and my parents have to go a day without their meds. They’ll blame the patients for no refills and calling last minute but is it common for offices to not send the refill or prescription the day of the visit they require every 3 months?! And yes my parents request it because I’m there with them in the visits. I’m absolutely livid and I don’t change their provider because some providers are just so good at their job and kind and definitely listen and my parents like them. It’s just the meds I have a problem with."
