"I was in years ago and loved Dr. K and had a great experience. I called to make an appointment to the number listed online for the Cape Coral office about 25 minutes before the office was to close. Waited on hold no problem. Then they come and tell me they will transfer me to the correct office and they never answered. Called back and when I said it has been years since I've been there and I'm now considered a new patient so I was put on hold again waited for over 10 minutes and once it hit 5:00 then phone hung up. So nice that the office staff can't be bothered to do their jobs. I will go elsewhere. Don't waist your time."

"I loved Dr. Andrew. However, they need to get new staff. The receptionist took personal calls with many patients in the waiting room. She even complained about her job in front of patients. Then I ended up getting a bill for a copay, even though I paid before my visit. When I called the office for an explanation they were very dismissive and told me to call my insurance company. My insurance company said I owed money for X-rays, not a copay. They obviously didn’t annotate the bill correctly. Dr. Andrew, please hire competent people so we can enjoy your services."

"My experience with Dr. Jerold Goldstein was nothing less than perfect. He is an amazingly Great doctor! I just can’t say enough about him. He is very knowledgeable and an expert in this field. He explained everything extremely well and his communication skills are phenomenal! He listened as I spoke and answered all my questions. Even when he was in the middle of speaking, and I spoke, he stopped and listened. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed. He is a very kind, caring, understanding, compassionate, humble, and honest doctor. He even saved me money when he could, which I was very grateful for. (Most doctors don’t do that.) He was practical, professional, thorough, and considers others needs before his own. He has outstanding bedside manner and was never rude. When I was afraid to get a cortisone shot, he knew exactly what was going on with me and went out of his way to comfort and guide me through the procedure. He was so experienced and gentle, it didn’t even hurt at all! I could not have asked for a better doctor or care that I received from him and his staff."
