"Check in was smooth. I was brought to a room within stated times. The nurse or technician did a good job of checking me and doing vital signs. The practitioner was pleasant and took a good history before telling me the problem. No problems getting prescription sent to pharmacy. A very good experience."

"I can't say enough positive comments about Coastal Urgent Care. My son got injured at a friend's house and needed a stitch in his lip. The nurses and staff were so kind, patient, and helped make him feel better when he was upset and in pain. They also had all out-of-pocket prices clearly listed and explained which I thought was great. I really appreciate the care they provided!"

"Very nice place. Staff were wonderful and the wait was only like 10 mins to actually see the doc. I was in and out in 25 and my prescriptions for my daughter were called into pharmacy before I even left. I forgot to get a doctor's note for school so I called the next day. They did that for me as well and I walked out with it in less than a min. They do not have a lab for those who need those services but it was definitely a better option than any other place for just seeing the doc."

"I highly recommend this place. I came in for a bad cough and all the staff was very nice and helpful. They took my vitals, and within seconds the doctor came in to see me check me and sent over my prescription meds to the pharmacy and I was in a out waiting 15 minutes. I didn't have to wait long to be seen like other places. I definitely will be back. My first time experience was 10/10 !"

"Ww were seen within 3 minutes of arrival and out within seven! This place was clean and didn’t have any old or sick people smells. The staff was kind and friendly and looked as if they really enjoyed their jobs! Love these guys!"
