"If you are new to skincare I would not recommend. I was referred to Elle through a group and even reading these reviews I see all positive feedback. I can not doubt she's a good esthetician I can only speak on my experience with her. I feel that she could stand to work on her people skills and warmth. I attempted to have a conversation with Elle about some advanced treatments I was interested in, being a first timer to professional skincare. Well, she couldn't even give ME the time of day. She was very short with me, didn't offer information at all, I had to pull every detail out of her by asking very specific questions, she'd not asked me ANY. I even assumed that perhaps she was busy and waited to attempt a conversation the next day, to no avail. Same cold dry response. If it was just inconvenient timing she could have offered a phone number to reach her at or suggested a better time to message her, or even asked to schedule an in person consultation. I can't imagine a professional being so cold, uninformative and disinterested in a potential client, especially in this field where the work is so intimate. Lack of bedside manner and professionalism."
