"We made a visit to their center on February 20 form 9 pm- midnight. All the staff on duty were friendly and attentive. They were very fast to attend to my dad and thorough in their work. I would highly recommend this center if you are in need of medical assistance."
"I understand emergencies But I laid in the room over two hours And Was not checked on. Then one of the nurses had trouble with the I v and got really smart mouthed with me when I moved. Finally, I saw the Doctor after a couple of the test. Come back. Okay my my pain was gone and I just wanted to go home. I'm hoping who had the emergency is okay. But I feel someone should have checked on me since I didn't have a call button to even push. I feel it was better when it was just urgent care instead of a ER"
"Staff was very friendly and attentive. I came for a foreign object in my cornea. When the doctor came to examine, he was unable to remove the object. He told me that my cornea will likely heal around the object, and it will stay in my eye. After talking to the ophthalmologist (thankfully I sought his opinion), he stated that that is absolutely not the case. The ophthalmologist removed the object from my eye quickly. If the doctor is not qualified for this sort of issue, it seems a bit backwards that I be charged for a failed attempt and incorrect medical advice - especially due to the fact that my insurance lapsed. I have not yet reviewed what I owe, but all I got from the visit was a drop of numbing agent in my eye and incorrect information. Hopefully your organization can recognize this and charge accordingly."
"The services given at this facility it's awesome!!!! front desk, nurses, doctor's were so kind with my husband and went the extra mile to help him. This is the best facility we have ever been to. The Doctor took the time to explain things and answered all his questions. I also want to highlight the nurse Michelle she was so kind, sweet, caring and loving always paying attention to my husband I really appreciate it! I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you guys! And God bless all of you!"
