"I was new to the area so sought out a dental office that accepted my insurance and had good reviews. When I went for my appointment, they advised that my appointment wouldn’t be covered for another 2 months per my benefits. I said “no problem” as I have no dental issues and I don’t want to pay for a visit. I got up to reschedule. They asked me to hold on and then the hygienist came to the front and looked over everything & stated that although the cleaning couldn’t be completed the visit was covered and asked that I stay. They rescheduled the cleaning only for 2 months later. I had previously had my records and films transferred to this office so it was a quick in and out and the dentist introduced himself & said he had looked at my films and his only recommendation was to have several old fillings removed and replaced with caps (no thanks). He never even looked inside my mouth. So, I received my bill and they billed my insurance company for a “Comprehensive Evaluation” which was not at all what was done and was not covered. Now they are billing me for their mistake. I am filing a formal complaint with my insurance company. Talk about poor business practices. Patient beware!!"

"Went in for general appointment and cleaning, at first appointment Dr. Rami Habib said he could not do anything because I had my braces wires on, I had to get the wires off and return for cleaning. I did as he asked, came back for my cleaning, the hygienist was about to start my cleaning and was stopped right before, she came back and informed me she could not do the cleaning after all because the dentist said so. He cowardly sent the hygienist to tell me instead of him coming to tell me and give me an explanation. People with braces should still be able to have their regular cleanings!"
