"Dr. Ahmad is wonderful. However today there was an altercation with the receptionists that got loud. I’m not exactly sure what happened but it made one of the employees quit on the spot. That’s a major red flag. After the incident, the receptionists continued to talk about it loudly for everyone in the waiting room to hear. Very very unprofessional."

"Dear Doctor or Office Manager. Doctor, you are awesome and one of the smartest men I've ever met. With that said, I've been waiting 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled. I called the office last week and left a message. I called again this week and spoke with the front desk; she told me that the prescription is waiting on the doctor's desk. I asked if she knew when it would be called in since I've been waiting 2 weeks and her reply was "the doctors control the office, we don't." I then asked if my other meds could get refills called in and that the refills were denied and her reply was "we didn't deny and prescriptions.". I then asked if more refills could be called in and her reply was "well, are they due?". I then read off the prescriptions without refills and on the third medicine it showed one refill, her reply was "well, there's one refill on that one, the pharmacy controls that." At this point in the conversation I commented that "I wasn't sure why she was being difficult with me?" She then snapped "I'll have the nurse call you" and hung up on me. Pro tip from a doctor and previous business owner; If you're two weeks late calling in a prescription refill, try to be overly nice."

"I have had Dr. Ahmad as My primary Doctor for several years and I can not express enough of how wonderful of a Doctor he really is… He is very professional and educated about his job… He listens to all the problems and concerns you may have and finds great solutions to every one of them… I feel very comfortable when I’m in the room with him and as a female that’s very important to me… I have high respect for him as my doctor and listen and do everything he suggests I should do to get back at feeling better… I can promise if you ever get or have him as a doctor, you will never be disappointed… Dr. Ahmad’s Nurses and staff at the front desk are just as dedicated and professional at their job… The facility itself is very clean and they take every safety precautions to keep everyone safe…"
