"I've been sent there a few times by my doctor for therapy and after the first time I requested to go back there when I needed to go again. I have been using their Wellness program now for a couple of years. I like going there instead of a big gym. If I have questions about doing a certain exercise, I know they will have the right answers. Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable and really takes time to answer any questions you might have whether it's about exercise or scheduling. I really think Michelle, Matt and the rest of the staff are great. I recommend them every chance I get."
