"So dr Carson is great however the office staff is a damn joke. No call back when they say. Been in arguments with a lady for calling back to see what’s goin on. And then my wife is suppose to get blood work she’s went two days now and they have yet sent the paperwork. It’s pretty sad such a great doctor has such lazy office people. Wellmed needs to get it together."

"Since Well Med took over it's been a nightmare. Their only saving grace is Dr. Carson, Dr. Roose and especially Leila McCann, P.A. We love her. I waited on the phone 30 minutes in their que just to get a refill on a script. Yikes! They have gone through a lot of change and I'm hoping they will get better, I've known them for 30 yrs."

"Dr Roose is amazing. The rest is awful. Do not go here if you need referrals. I've had *every* appointment I needed a referral for canceled because they NEVER get the referral from this office. The other providers call countless times up until the day before my appointments, to no avail. I must call everytime. To be told it was sent. It's *aleays* sent AFTER ny appointment needs to be rescheduled. I am disabled my disability, and my meds are tied to these appts. Go Somewhere Else"

"Waited nearly 2 months to be seen as a new patient by Dr. Carson. After being checked in a taken back I was told he’s too busy to see me and had me see a female doctor. And instead of having my follow up with him it’s back with her. I wouldn’t have waited the 2 months for that. Very unhappy with that and the fact that my health concerns weren’t addressed."

"Been a patient for about 20 years while it was Carson's Family Care, was always very happy. Since Aug 2022 they have been a NIGHTMARE for me. Three consecutive visits it has taken 2+ follow calls to get them to order my prescriptions. Then when they finally did, two times of three they were incorrect and took multi calls to correct. Had recent surgery, was sent to them for pre-admission testing, they didn't seem to have a clue what was needed. Finally when I thought they figured it out and was done, they called me back for a urine test they missed. I used to get refills on my 90 day scripts, I no longer do. I'll take a wild guess they get more revenue doing this, forcing office visits. The last straw, this week as I left they confirmed with me an appointment I never made with a Dr I never heard of, total confusion. BTW, It's Friday, my visit was Monday, I have called twice and still no prescriptions ordered. RUN AWAY from Wellmed......Update, had Wellmed request a sleep study test from a 3rd party for me. Waited a week, no contact so I call the 3rd party, never rec'd request. Called Wellmed, told it will be sent. Waited 2 weeks, no contact. Finally called 3rd party, and scanned and emailed the order myself. This office has never done anything without multi follow up calls."
