"I have had continuous problems with the front office. I had an appointment today at 3pm (April 22nd) & was told to speak with someone else. I did & the woman said the doctor no longer worked there & they had tried to reach me with no avail. I never received any message from them & said so. She said “well can you prove that?” I looked up my phone calls & there was one phone call from apparently their office from April 14th which I didn’t recognize but it was a missed call & no message! I don’t appreciate being spoken to this way & it’s not the first time this has happened with the office staff. I’ll be looking for a new primary care doctor. I’ve also in the in past spoken to Dr. Arroyo about this behavior but apparently nothing has been been done about it. I’ll"
