The lady asked for an insurance card, I told her I had Tricare and gave her my military ID. She told me she still needed an insurance card. I stated that I did not have one. Rudely she tried to tell me that she needed something from me. I told her that I was going somewhere else. Courteous people is a must when welcoming patients. "BEWARE of this office""
