"I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at LWRMC Women's Center. I recently delivered my son at the hospital as a walk-in patient and from the minute I walked through the doors, I felt safe and confident in their care. Dr. Martin took the time to review my birth plan with me and discuss their protocols/procedures. Though he did not end up delivering my baby, he played a vital role in my comfort and care while laboring. Dr. Hallam was my delivery doctor and he was INCREDIBLE. He provided me autonomy and full informed consent when discussing next steps. Dr. Hallam puts his patients and their baby above all in order to ensure a safe and beautiful birth experience. Now for the nursing staff - wow, just wow. Between myself and my baby, there were multiple nurses on my care team during our stay. All of which were FANTASTIC. Lesley and Margherita (I apologize if I spelt your names wrong) were my primary nurses during labor and delivery. Their care made all of the difference in my experience. I simply could not have dreamt of better for myself and my little love! I felt respected, valued and that my voice mattered - I was not just a number at this hospital. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all!"

"As a first time mom I was beyond nervous to give birth but the staff at Lakewood Ranch made it a perfect experience. We had to stay 3 days due to my sons sugar levels and it was a blessing. The night nurses helped every time my son needed to latch. They were so supportive when my son was cluster feeding and I was running on ZERO."

"I had such a great birthing experience!! Every nurse we encountered was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took exceptional care of me and my newborn. They constantly were checking in to make sure me and my baby were both okay. The doctors we worked with were incredible as well! They took time to answer all of my questions. We loved our room as well. The room we had was the one I labored in, delivered in, and recovered in. The room was so clean and modern! So happy they renovated the rooms. "I recently had a child here and the care was excellent, I found the nurses to be wonderful and attentive. This was my first child and I was terrified but the nurses were wonderful in alleviating my fears. The classes they offer are also great, especially little nippers. It's wonderful to be able to get together with other mothers who are going through the same thing as you. Chrissy the birth designer and Diedra who hosts the little nippers class are absolutely wonderful. They also have a postpartum support group that is also very helpful and supportive."
