"I am about 3 weeks post-op and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this orthopedic office. I started coming here last April, referred from the ER for a severe spinal injury. I started with Dr. Sundberg and he was very kind and caring. Eva his PA is also probably my favorite person I’ve ever had in the healthcare field. He and her gave their professional opinion, but also asked me what I wanted to do and try. I decided to try conservative treatments first. I’m not the best patient, I have a lot of anxiety with medical issues. They never once seemed put off or annoyed by that! We tried everything we could, to no avail. I finally asked for spinal surgery to which he and his PA; Eva (amazing woman!!) both agreed that was the only option at this point. I got my surgery November 20th. It was originally planned for October, but Aetna didn’t want to pay for me to be in a hospital setting. Had some more hiccups with my insurance along the way. However, Coastal fought them tooth and nail on my behalf. Coastal finally was able to get them to pay and so Tia (Dr. Sundberg’s AMAZING scheduler) scheduled me again for November. My back pain was immediately gone when I woke up from surgery in the hospital. I could feel my leg and foot immediately! I haven’t felt them in almost a year! I am eternally grateful to you Dr. Sundberg, PA Eva, PA Kristen, Shawn, and Tia. Thank you, for everything and giving me my life back. I’m only 32 and I couldn’t imagine my life. I haven’t lived this past year due to this injury and I’m so excited for the future now. Getting back to rock climbing and skiing! Woot woot. I start PT today with Coastal as well, but this time I’m not in extreme pain and barely able to walk! The last time I tried was months ago, before my surgery and when any sort of movement would take my breath away from pain. Mike, TJ, and Maria in the PT department are wonderful and I look forward to seeing them on different terms this time!!! Many thanks, Christina Langston"

"On October 6, 2023, I stopped by the Coastal Orthopedics LWR office to inquire about a knee brace that had been prescribed for me. At the check-in desk I spoke with Karen and explained why I was there. She said the brace room was closed and also the one on SR64. She sent an email to someone and when we arrived home an hour later I received a call from the SR64 brace department. They were open and I could come by and get a loaner brace until Medicare approved mine. We went and they fitted me with a brace. I am very thankful Karen took the initiative to send the email to the proper people and I was able to get the brace. Her help is very appreciated."

"Karen, Lisa and Tay at the front desk are always smiling positive and kind. When you're coming in for any kind of treatment from an injury which is basically what you're at this location for it's very nice to have that smiling face it actually offers a little reinsurance of the professionalism of everyone behind scenes which always treated me with respect and dignity and it is greatly appreciated. So many times when you have something inside that hurts that people can't see they don't believe you and it's just very welcoming to not be treated that way. Dr Constance, his PA, Memory and the rest of their team always treat me with great respect and listen and ask a question not making me feel rushed.
