"Brought my mother in on 1-26-24 and I'm beyond Happy with the Care at 360 Orthopedics! We saw Dr. Kotcharian & his care & plan of treatment was remarkable. My mother was a patient at Coastal Orthopedics which her last injection was a complete nightmare, when they did a Left side injection instead of a Bilateral injection. Needless to say, Dr. Kotcharian will be Fixing the issue with my mother's back & thank you, for all you have done so far with my mother's pain management care!"

"On 1/25, I fell and injured my foot and ankle. Since 360 Orthopedic is my orthopedic practice we called them. They said they had emergency ortho services at their Lakewood Ranch facility, and to come there. After I checked in and wheeled in wheelchair back to waiting area, my husband said he had booked me for Monday with Dr. Graham DPM for follow up. I said to him I did not want a podiatrist because I preferred a medical doctor. The receptionist Dani, who I was not speaking to, yelled “he is a surgeon”. I was startled then she yelled “I will cancel your Monday appointment if you are going to talk bad about the doctor”. I was shocked and startled since I was not speaking to her but speaking privately to my husband while sitting in the reception area. To yell at a patient in a wheelchair, when I was not speaking to her, was totally inappropriate behavior. My jaw dropped. After waiting well over an hour, maybe closer to 2 hours, we saw 2 sales reps come in with lunch. My husband asked Dani how long it would be as we had been there for such a long time. She replied that the doctors were booked solid for the day and that they were not an Emergency Department. We explained that we were advised that they had Emergency Ortho services by phone when we called. To which she shrugged her shoulders, we decided that we should leave and go to a hospital. We asked about a refund of our co-pay and she said she would contact accounting. The entire experience was negative and disturbing. We went to SMH Urgent Care Center, were promptly seen with no wait, X-rayed, and treated. While I love Dr. Page at 360 Ortho in Sarasota, the Lakewood Ranch facility was a terrible experience and we recommend you go elsewhere."
