"At one time I would not have been able to give a good review due to the front staff that was so unfriendly and had very resistant attitudes in assisting with my healthcare. Over the past few years though. ( maybe 2) the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff has greatly improved. They are more accommodating to my personal needs. It is also a good feeling to go to the Drs. office and have that "family feeling" to the practice. (alcohol use and depression screening) I talk to friends that visit other doctors and they are not forced to fill them out. It is just allowed if you look at the Medicare book, like other tests. It is not mandatory! I think it is just a money maker for you."
