"Staff needs to be more considerate of foster families. I mentioned to an MA that saying "your grown up" or "your adult" would be better than "mom." She then replied in front of the kid "that would be weird." Otherwise, visit was good and quick."

"The whole experience from scheduling to checking out was seamless and wonderful. Urgent Care Pediatrics North Tampa had plenty of available appointments and provided me an update via text (and I got to choose the timeframe) on when I’d actually be seen. Check-in was simple and I was seen by the triage nurse within 10 minutes of arriving. Our nurse, Melanie, was incredible with our 3yo. Overall, we had exceptional care and service. Would certainly recommend and return if needed. Thank you!"

"I came here last night with my daughter as she had been sick for the last few days. I did not have her insurance card or anything but when I called the receptionist was very understanding and amazing. They got us in really fast and listened to my concerns and was very understanding. Honestly this has to be the best care my daughter has received in a while. I can really tell that they care about their patients and love what they do from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor they took care very good care of my daughter. It's good to know that even though I have Medicaid I can still get quality care for my child."

"Unbelievable service!! Plus it’s open till 11pm! So amazing! Drove down from Brooksville because I wasn’t going to pay ER prices for a possible broken wrist. My daughter and I Came in at 9:15pm, and greeted by the front desk woman and she was super nice and helpful. we were taken back within 20min (that included paperwork time) to get her vitals and initial eval done. We then spoke to the LPN with in 5min. she took my daughter back for an X-ray. After a 15-20 min wait, she told us what was going to happen. A few min later another nurse came in and She Had her put into a wrapped ridged splint and told us that a dr will call us in the morning with results from the X-ray. The entire evolution was 1hr 15 min! Awesome job! The office was very clean, they also had cash pay options that were extremely reasonable (I added the photo). The entire staff was so kind! I highly recommend this place and I will drive the 45 min it takes every time I have a sick or injured child to see them! Thank you team you did a wonderful job taking care of my daughter!"
