"I had a new patient appointment at this location today. The employee that I spoke with over the phone yesterday was helpful and patiently helped me with my questions. When I got there, I was greeted by two friendly folks at the front. I was quickly checked in and called back just as quickly. The nurse who checked my vitals and gave me a flu shot was friendly and listened to me as I described my issues. When Mr. Ortiz entered, he greeted me and immediately went into my medical history. I don't think I've ever experienced that before, but that was great. He made it clear that while there were several points of concern, we would focus on tackling the most critical and go from there, accordingly.  That really meant a lot to me. Even after he recounted what he drew from the reports and whatnot, he asked me if he missed anything (he did not).  Mr. Ortiz really made me feel at home.  I often have trouble explaining things and at times get tongue-tied, but he was attentive and waited for me to finish answering or asking questions. I learned quite a bit during the appointment. He gave detailed explanations and used visual aids, but he did it in such a way that I could easily comprehend.  I thank the Lord for allowing me to get seen by Mr. Ortiz. His knowledge, patience, friendliness, and genuine attitude are greatly appreciated.  I read that he had an excellent bedside manner and was thorough with his explanations, but it was great to experience it firsthand.  I like that he also repeated certain things to really get the point across to me. Not once during the appointment did I feel rushed, and not once did I feel as if he was brushing my concerns off. He addressed everything. I'm glad that I was able to get an appointment here with Mr. Ortiz. After the appointment, the nurse entered and saw me off and was just as friendly as earlier. During the payment, the person who helped me was friendly and even wiped my card off with a wipe which I thought was great.  Everyone at the location wore a mask as well, which was nice to see.  I’m not sure if you usually look forward to appointments, but I pray that future appointments are just as smooth and excellent. An excellent experience!"
