"This place is horrible. My wife had an appointment scheduled for December after initially scheduling in October and told that was the first available. The Friday before her Monday appointment the office called and had to reschedule because the doctor had dental work done. It’s been 2 months and after several no call backs and messages taken we’ve finally gave up and had Tricare change her referral. If you’re military stay away from this place. The office staff is terrible in scheduling appointments, returning calls. Ridiculous!"

"I waited two hours for my first appointment was not seen so I had to go home. Two hours is completely unreasonable. Came back the next week to actually be seen by a doctor, waited an hour, the doctor is not even here and the room is filled completely with people. Not sure what type of operation is going on here but I will not be returning… this is very disheartening."

"DR. Barzargan is phenomenal, she truly cares about her patients. she will always try to get know them very well and treat them like if they were her own family. she throughly explains the MRI in detail and what is causing what problem. Can't forget about her staff they've All been great and very helpful. Love you guys."

"The only good thing about this place is that the doctor is very thorough and truly seems to care about her patients. Other than that, I absolutely do not recommend going here. You'll have to wait 3-5 months for an appointment. Then when you arrive to your appointment you'll have to wait anywhere from an hour to FOUR hours depending on how they scheduled their day. Then if, while you're waiting for your follow-up appointment, you are in severe pain but don't want to go the the ER, you call the office and you get scolded, yelled at, and told "We can't fit you in anywhere for at least 2 months because we overbooked ourselves, we can't help you, go to the ER." Then if you decide to see another nuerologist and have to get a new referral, but you want your records, they will ignore your multiple calls for TWO weeks. Then you go into the office and get told by the extremely rude front desk woman again that "We can't give you your medical records. We only give them to your insurance company or another doctor that requests them." You know this is a lie and illegal so you tell the rude front desk lady that those are your records and she needs to figure out who can help you. Then she'll respond, "Well I can leave a note for the medical records department and you'll have to pay $25." And you will be told "I cannot give the records anyway until the doctor updates her notes." By the way, this is now THREE months after your first visit so why are the notes still pending? Then you'll make sure the front desk woman knows you are reporting her to your insurance company and you will be complaining to the BBB and whatever Florida State board that handles this kind of mismanagement. Then you'll report them and miraculously three days later you'll receive an email with all of your records...for FREE. Then, AFTER ALL THAT when your insurance company's patient advocate tries to follow up with them the doctor and office staff tell lies to make themselves look better. I will never go back here and I hope they clean up their act so other patients don't have to deal with the same nonsensical, easily-fixable issues that I had."

"Tricare should not be sending people here! The doctor was decent but the office staff is the absolute worst and that makes it impossible for people to want to come back. My wife had a good first visit (although she waited forever to be seen) but was in severe pain after her second visit (which was for nerve testing). She wanted the results of her nerve testing as soon as possible but the lady who does the scheduling refused to change her appointment and she was being forced to wait over 3 weeks, not to mention became extremely rude when my wife would call to ask if any cancellations occured. Needless to say, we asked her PCM for a referral elsewhere."
