"I have been going here for many years, I just switched to an insurance that doesn’t include The Labrador. But has great out of network benefits and I have an FSA card. I was rudely told by Diana that I could not make an appointment and self pay. Also she cancelled my urine being sent out without telling me because I had new insurance, even though I had to pay full price and I never got results. I had blood in my urine and had to go to another provider. If I had never told them I had insurance and lied I would have been able to make an appointment, she told me. This sounds so backwards. Diana has the worst attitude and sits directly upfront. She is a very poor representation of the company. It’s unfortunate because I love Dr Laura and all the other staff. It’s a shame both me and my mother won’t be able to go here anymore. Especially since they already made an appointment with my mom for this coming Tuesday, which Diana can’t explain how was made, when asked she stutters and goes I can’t tell you that at this time. If she is mistaken, which I hope she is please reach out to me. Really seems like she’s just trying to play a power card here and pick and choose who is a patient there, which is discrimination. Considering they had an appointment with my mom set up and now she speaks to someone (me) she’s already gotten into it with before and decides they’re not going to accept either of us. She should not work in the medical field."

"I called on January 5th to establish a new PC. Never received my new patient paperwork called again and said they would “resend “ it. Never received. Notified my insurance company and found a new PC and called and canceled the appointment. Received a call January 23rd to remind me of my appointment on January 24th. The communication is horrible. I can just imagine what kind of care they are giving."

"My Father with a complex med history is a patient. We have always lived in the North East and thought the transition would be difficult but and I'm beyond pleased with Dr. Rodriguez, the front desk and all the nurses."

"This doctors office incorrectly billed my insurance in order to try and get me to pay up front over $300 for my annual, when that is indeed included in my plan. When I asked for a breakdown of Billings, the receptionist said “we don’t break down billing, we just have you pay per visit.” Florida Statutes state that an itemized statement must be provided when requested for medical billing. Update: my insurance claimed that the billing was done incorrectly, and that is why I was charged for a service that I was not supposed to be charged for."

"I love Dr. McCoy, my primary care physician, and all the staff here. Lydia, my physical therapist, whenever I need her, is awesome. Everyone there has been helpful in keeping me healthy and active, and to take care of myself. I so appreciate you all!"
