"I recommend this facility to anyone that is suffering from a painful injury... The staff is A+ and the care they provide is quite refreshing, knowing that they are on your side for recovery... I just had an Xray and a possible MRI out of concern for the type of injury I'm experiencing.. "Went to this branch. Got checked in, did all the paperwork. When I get to the back the doctor called me the wrong name. So he went to get the correct 'paperwork'. 10 min later came back , are you sure you aren't "Joe Smith", I then had 2 nurses come back asking if I came in for urgent care if I did the paperwork. After about a half hour of shenanigans I decided if they can't handle keeping my paperwork together I filled out literally 45 min ago, why should I trust them with medical care. Ended up going to a different center down the street with better results."

"I have to redo my review. There is one thing that I don't understand. The service is pretty good, but why are they so reluctant to refer you to an specialist is beyond me. I gotten hurt twice in a job accident, the first time it was a fall that affected my knee, i asked for a specialist and one of the doctors told me that they didn't just referred you to an specialist, thanks to that i ended up with a meniscus tear just because they would not listen or refer me. I don't understand that, a referral doesn't cost them anything. The second time was my wrist, it went by almost 6 weeks before they referred me to an specialist which the problem could have stopped if they would had listened when I asked for an specialist 3 weeks into the injury. All I know it's that you as an injured employee are been hijacked and been kept from your right to receive the proper treatment."

"I came to Concentra for an employment physical and was greeted by the quite professional and pleasant front desk staff. Once I was checked in and my appointment time arrived, I was assisted by Alincia, a wonderful nurse who was as pleasant as she was easy going and informative. I met with a Physicians Assistant to finish my physical and she was the uppermost in professionalism. This was an overall excellent experience."
