"This place is a scam it’s a 0 .Long story short my sister came here twice the first time they didn’t find nothing wrong with her, but prescribed her medication. The pharmacy did not give all the medication. And according to them all the test came back negative then the second time she still didn’t feel well and it was a different doctor and she decided just to run a Covid test. Supposedly according to her it came out positive and she decided to prescribe a dangerous and experimental medication that has life threatening effects to my and she did not tell my sister any of this thank God my sister never got the medication because we all felt like she didn’t have Covid so we ended up taking my sister to the hospital there. They ran all the test found out that she had a sinus infection and a virus after that they did a Covid test and it turned out negative and the doctors in the hospital explain to us that the first time she went the medication they gave her were completely wrong. They were not helping her get better, doctors here should be a shame of scaring people and their families. Honestly, this place should be shut down because it’s full of doctors that do not care for their patients let’s not even call them doctors because real doctors actually do their job, right"
"Worst experience! Made an appointment by phone for 6 PM. I explain to receptionist what I needed. It was only prescription that needed to be filled out. I was assured that the doctor on staff would do that. However, the nurse or nurse practitioner who was on duty was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Not willing to listen and to assist. She just wanted to go home and she let us know. Very poor service! I usually don’t write a review like this, because everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. But this was unacceptable. I will never step foot or recommend this clinic again."
"Today I had the worst experience of my life ever at a CVS pharmacy location really CVS. My son had an appointment today at 11:30 a.m. I got to the location before 11:45 only to be told that my appointment was canceled and that I needed to reschedule and that the customer after me having taken in my place. I told dr. Frankie at store location 5852 that I have no problem waiting because I was not leaving and there was no reason that my appointment should have been cancelled. I sat in the store for over an hour to get assistance for my son's appointment I spoke to multiple store managers and ended up being escorted out of the store by the Orange county sheriff officer who proceeded to tell me that I have been trespassed because they no longer wanted me in the store. I asked the officer why I was being trespassed he said they didn't have to give me a reason I was just no longer allowed and if I step foot on the property anymore I will be arrested. He tried to take my information to issue a trespassing warrant and I refused because I know point was I wrong for being there and at no point was I wrong for expecting the service that I set my appointment for and at no point should I have been treated that unfairly and not the same way as any other customer that walks through the door. While I was in the store dr. Frankie continue to be very rude to me as well as very dismissive I felt like I was being discriminated against. Every other non-black customer that was in the store was assisted and I was dismissed like a spot on the floor. Dr. Frankie didn't want to answer any of my questions she could not show me any policy that stated if any customer was late 15 minutes or more that their appointment will be cancelled and they would be expected to be rescheduled. It doesn't state it anywhere on the MinuteClinic website nor is it display anywhere in the MinuteClinic area. I was informed that dr. Frankie is the head manager over the minute clinic department in that location and was extremely disappointed at the way she gives customer service. As stated before I was there with my son whom is three-years-old who almost had to witness his mother being arrested and then him being in the state's custody all because dr. Frankie was on an ego trip. Anyone reading this I advise you to stay away from that CVS location because they don't know how to treat their customers nor do they care to make."
"My daughter went in for a pregnancy test on May 27th, 2021. All they had her do was a pee test, they didn’t check her blood pressure, temperature or anything else. They did a simple pee test right there in the office. She paid 89$ in the office, received her test results and went on her way. Now, 5 months later, we receive a bill in the mail stating she owes more money on top of the 89$ she already paid. She called and they told her they will dispute the charge. But today, she received a message saying they will not be disputing the charge saying she got “lab work” done. But they did not send anything to the lab, it was all done in the office & she was told while during the visit it was only going to be the 89$. Very disappointed & feel robbed, considering she did not receive a check up & the visit was less than 10 minutes. I will not recommend minuteclinic to anyone. They’re overpriced and lead you to believe you will be paying for one thing & then send you a bill in the mail 5 months later."
"the nurse practitioner here should not be working in healthcare if she hates people so much. She has to be the worst NP in Central FL. Coming to this clinic was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The first thing she said to me before I even checked in, was that they were unable to treat me and that I needed to go somewhere else. From there it only got worse, she had no idea what she was doing, she was trying to charge me a crazy amount even though I have insurance. I left crying my eyes out because she was unprofessional and rude. Seriously save yourself and your money. I went to Walgreens and got way better service, they billed my insurance correctly, and treated me with respect, which is how all healthcare providers should treat their patients."
