"The Dr is nice, but he doesn't spend time with the patients he only spends about 5 minutes, especially caring for patients who are caring for babies, I am writing this review for the office of that Haitian Lady who is the receptionist, she will not greet you, I stand there she doesn't acknowledge me, how I can help me I will be right with you, I had a baby with them when I came back this Lady does not acknowledge my baby, I will never step my foot in their office again, the office manager is liar they will charge will armed and leg for one visit, if you are pregnant who wants a Dr that will spend 1 hour with you you will not find It there; I suggest you look for a Doctor that cares about you and your babies and takes the time to listen to your needs."

"My daughter went through Dr. Balliard and he is amazing! He's a great Dr he delivered her baby as she was very nervous and scared but he is very compassionate, caring and he takes his patients wishes and concerns seriously. I definetly recommend him and his staff for your OB needs. His staff is very nice and professional as well."

"The front desk is so unprofessional it is ridiculous. I have been a patient there for years. I only remain a patient because the doctor is amazing. Over the years the staff has changed, the attitudes get worse or the staff seems incompetent. Today I spoke with the office manager Lisa. I asked her what is the point of having a OBGYN if they can’t assist with my needs. She stated maybe you should find another doctor if that is way you see it. These are the people we as patients have to deal with. This is truly absurd. When I told her she was unprofessional she stated it is unfair for her to deal with patients like me. She was very insensitive and didn’t provide me with any referrals for something she stated their office can’t handle. Dr. Beliard really needs to do a staff swept and get rid of the bad staff . I won’t return until he gets better friendly coherent staff."
