"Giant disappointment. My esthetician uses one of the Estie Bestie face masks and I love it, so I ordered two to try out at home. Ordered nearly 3 months ago, still have nothing to show for it. After 2 months with no product received and no update, I emailed to see what was up. No response. A few days after that I received a standard email that the order shipped. Great! Nope, per USPS a shipping label was prepared but it still has not shipped another month later. Frustrating, annoying experience and non-existent customer service/email replies. 5 stars: taking my money. 0 stars: sending product."
