"Giant disappointment. My esthetician uses one of the Estie Bestie face masks and I love it, so I ordered two to try out at home. Ordered nearly 3 months ago, still have nothing to show for it. After 2 months with no product received and no update, I emailed to see what was up. No response. A few days after that I received a standard email that the order shipped. Great! Nope, per USPS a shipping label was prepared but it still has not shipped another month later. Frustrating, annoying experience and non-existent customer service/email replies. 5 stars: taking my money. 0 stars: sending product."

"Just had my microblading touch-up with Athena. Athena was great and accommodating. Her shop is clean and she pays a great deal of attention to being sanitary. My brows are looking great! "Honestly, Athena is hands down the best skincare specialist around. She is personable, professional, and I absolutely love going to her (the monthly membership is worth it, y’all). Athena will explain why and what she is doing, products, their usage, and is fantastically well-versed in what works for different skin types. The Estie Bestie takes great pains to be inclusive, while also just being that way effortlessly, and I always feel super comfortable. My skin quality has improved drastically since I started going to her a few months ago, and it’s so easy to trust Athena with your well being because her integrity and passion is clear.
