"I had an appointment on 11/21/23 at 8:15 AM for blood work, I received a text to arrive 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I did. I waited for 40 minutes, knowing that I had to go to work in 20 minutes, I went to ask the front desk is there a reason that I’m waiting that long and she said there is only one chair and the patient is taking longer that was expected ( I was there before the patient came in) she started raising her voice and telling me she can send me downstairs but I didn’t accept because if I went there I had to restart the wait process and I had to go back to work, when I told her that , she kept talking and complaining to her coworker. NO compassion to the patient or consider that they might suffer or in pain."

"I like st Pete employees wellness because I can readily get an appointment with Dr W. It does not take ‘months’ to get an appointment with the doctor. Dr W is very personable, he takes the time to explain things thoroughly and does not appear too busy to take the time to see his patients."
