"Not only was I misdiagnosed stating I have Sciatica but went in for some testing and it wasnt until I was discharged that they stated I would have to go into another facility for that. I now understand why the low ratings."

"Are you kidding me? Showed up a half hour early for my appointment as they requested. Checked in with front desk. Waited 1.5 hours. My boyfriend checked with them after an hour and they said it would be a few more minutes. Checked in again after an hour and half and said “there was a glitch in the system and I was not checked in”. The office was not even busy. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful!!!!"

"DO NOT GO HERE! This office has been the most frustrating doctors office I have ever experienced. The staff is completely lazy and will not complete anything you request. A prescription of my needed a doctors Insurance override which Dr. Finer wrote the prescription for, this process normally takes two days to clear with the insurance company. But a month later and the request is still never been completed. I cannot afford my medication and a simple phone call which this office is completely incompetent of doing has not been done. Dr. Finer is one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. If I could give this place zero stars I would."

"Was told that my appointment was in several different buildings by people who work here and ran around to each one until I finally found where I was supposed to be but I was 45 minutes late due to their uneducated staff and was forced to reschedule my appointment that was TIME SENSITIVE. During that appointment I was told by my doctor that my next appointment would have a $0 co-pay just like the one I just had. While signing in for said appointment I was told by the women working at the desk that it would be $80, which I cannot afford due to obvious worldly issues. After I had already waited two weeks for them to “receive a fax” from the office on the floor ABOVE THEM. Now I am forced to find another doctor and push back my appointment even further. If you are looking for a money hungry place with terrible communication skills this is the place for you!"
