It is income-based if you do not have insurance they treat you very well in the psychiatrist was a wonderful caring lady so happy my son can finally receive the treatment he needs and deserves."

Received a phone call this morning while I am on a 1 Hour Drive on my way there and they called me to tell me they do not except my daughter’s insurance. I do not recommend !!"

"If you can avoid this place, Please do!! As an existing patient I tried to schedule an appointment to see the doctor as I was feeling extremely ill with congestion and what I thought was a chest infection. They didn’t have an appointment available until the middle of the following month! No emergency appointments offered or anything. One month later I show up to my appointment and they moved the time of my appointment and they changed it from an in person appointment to a telehealth appointment! The front desk have no respect or regard for your time! I took the day off to finally see the doctor after about a month of being patient, coughing and feeling absolutely terrible just to be tossed to the side like my concerns about my health doesn’t matter! I was highly disappointed with my service at this Facility!!!!!!"

"I’ve come here to get a COVID test twice now and both times I had to wait days for my results. They keep saying it will be 30min-1hr or the same day, but I never get a call or an email. The first time I needed to find out my results so I could go to work and I didn’t get them back until 3 DAYS later. Now, I’m waiting on results again, but the office is closed. If you know your office is going to close at a certain time don’t promise results the same day and then not answer the phone. I came hours before closing time so there is no reason that I receive not even an email. This is completely unprofessional and I’m losing income because I have to keep waiting on these delayed results. The Ivey Lane location has disappointed me yet again."
